Amenities included in a venue rental include bar service, technical assistance upon request, audiovisual equipment, flexible layout, and security. The aesthetics of the building supported by the ambiance of the art gallery and studio space make for a unique venue option suitable for most events. 

The bare-bones building needs renovation to support the aforementioned objectives in order to turn the Silverton Powerhouse into a successful business and an asset to the Silverton community.
